Cornish Pasties (pronounced past-ees) are from Cornwall, UK. A convenient food to bring with you to work in the mines, Cornish Pasties spread around the world with miners from Cornwall. Since they are name protected, we call them Corn-ish Pasties. We make ours with chunks of grass-fed beef from Stemple Creek Ranch, potatoes, rutabaga, carrots and onions.
Order it baked or bake it at home with "take and bake". If you order it baked we will keep it hot for you unless you say otherwise in the order notes. Take and bake pies are typically frozen but may be refrigerated if we have just assembled them.
