Crimini and oyster mushrooms cooked with white wine, tarragon and thyme and mixed with Central Coast Creamery's delicious and nutty goat gouda cheese. Our mushrooms usually come from Solano Mushroom Farm.

Order it baked or bake it at home with "take and bake". If you order it baked we will keep it hot for you unless you say otherwise in the order notes. Take and bake pies are typically frozen but may be refrigerated if we have just assembled them.
