Chicken Tinga is a slightly spicy, smoky and delicious treat packed with Mary’s  chicken, tomato, chipoltle and ancho peppers. Tinga originated in Puebla, Mexico where the Mexican Army defeated the French Army in the battle of Puebla on Cinco de Mayo 1862. But you don’t need to wait until Cinco de Mayo, eat one today!
Our Chicken Tinga recipe comes to us from our own baker Julia’s mother, Irma and is a staff favorite.

Order it baked or bake it at home with "take and bake". If you order it baked we will keep it hot for you unless you say otherwise in the order notes. Take and bake pies are typically frozen but may be refrigerated if we have just assembled them.
