We need two days lead time in order to prepare and bake the pie, freeze it and carefully pack it for shipping in our special insulated boxes.
In order to avoid pies getting stuck at UPS over the weekend, we now ship on Tuesday and pies should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday depending on your location
